The Role This is a senior-level, ground-floor opportunity at a luxury brand with serious momentum behind it. As Senior Sales Representative, you won't be inheriting a pipeline — you'll be architecting one. That means prospecting strategically, engaging decision-makers, and closing complex, high-value contracts that establish Bastion Events as the premier choice for Houston's most distinguished corporate gatherings and private affairs.

What You Bring

5+ years of proven B2B or luxury sales experience with a strong closing record

A true hunter mentality: strategic, outbound, and relentlessly proactive

Executive-level communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

Fluency across all sales channels — phone, email, video, and in-person

CRM mastery (HubSpot and Caterease preferred)

The sophistication to sell a world-class experience — not a price point

Comfort navigating C-suite conversations and high-stakes negotiations

Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT

A polished, commanding presence worthy of a luxury brand

What You’ll Do

Lead strategic outbound prospecting targeting corporate clients and high-net-worth private event hosts

Build, manage, and grow a high-value pipeline from the ground up

Own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to signed contract

Conduct executive-level consultations and presentations that reflect our standard of excellence

Sell chef-driven, Michelin-caliber experiences — not menus, not line items

Partner with world-renowned culinary and operations teams for flawless, white-glove execution

Work directly with leadership on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and brand positioning

Serve as a senior brand ambassador at select events and industry engagements

Help define the sales playbook as a founding team member
