Manage and drive sales growth with assigned and new accounts in the HVAC, refrigeration, and general industries Develop and implement a Territory Sales Plan to meet or exceed business targets Utilize CRM to manage customer relationships and support account activities Lead customer contract negotiations and ensure fulfillment of agreements Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience Minimum of 3 years of industry sales experience Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills High level of personal initiative and ownership of results Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the HVAC/R industry, particularly as an HVAC contractor or technician Proven track record of achieving sales goals and strong commercial leadership Familiarity with CRM and forecasting tools Understanding of 80/20 principles and Lean Management concepts We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
