What You Will Do The New Call Center Representative is a dedicated resource to support new patient appointment access.
Process new patient appointment requests for Primary Care Practices (IM/FM)
Point of contact for post-hospital/ED discharge appointment requests for patients with no PCP
Manage internal patients’ transitions resulting from PCP departure from practice
Facilitate internal transfer for patients who are “aging out” from our Pediatric division
Appointment confirmation calls
EPIC scheduling work queues & waitlist
Good Faith Estimates
Medical Record Requests
New patient appointment confirmation calls
What You Will Need
Strong leadership skills required
Associate’s degree preferred, High School Diploma/Equivalent Required
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office product and other computer applicationsDemonstrated experience with delivering successful customer service
Demonstrated experience with handling multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
Managing difficult customers respectfully and without confrontation
Previous medical office experience preferred
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Pay Range Pay Range: $17.50 - $21.80
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
