About The Role We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Austin, TX. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting clients and event attendees, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience during events and daily operations.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers and event attendees

Respond to inquiries, questions, and requests in a timely and accurate manner

Handle customer concerns and resolve basic issues efficiently

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions when necessary

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service operations

Assist with event‑related customer support and guest guidance

Qualifications Minimum requirements
