
Key Account Manager - DACH

Location: Remote - Germany (DACH region coverage)

The Role We're looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to grow our SaaS platform and EMP services across the DACH region. This is a balanced role – 50% hunting new CPO clients and 50% growing strategic partnerships with customers like Daimler Truck, Audi, and GP Joule.
You’ll own the full commercial journey across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland – from prospecting and pipeline building to negotiation and close.
Reporting to our Head of Sales DACH, you’ll be the face of Spirii in the region, representing us at industry events and building the relationships that drive our growth. This isn’t just sales. It’s about understanding the challenges CPOs face, bringing meaningful solutions to the table, and being part of the green transition.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business acquisition with CPOs while expanding revenue within our existing key accounts (50/50 split between hunting and farming)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers to understand their SaaS and EMP needs
Lead the full sales cycle and effectively manage all internal and external stakeholders
Develop excellent strategic relationships with customers to deeply understand their business challenges and requirements
Represent Spirii at trade shows, seminars, webinars, and industry events across DACH
Partner with Marketing to develop and implement field marketing campaigns as needed
Keep our CRM updated with accurate pipeline forecasting and sales activity
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
3‑5 years of SaaS sales experience specifically in the e‑mobility sector – this is essential
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex sales cycles with C‑level executives
Deep understanding of the e‑mobility sector and CPO business models
Experience working with larger accounts and enterprise companies
Hunter mentality with the ability to drive outbound meetings and generate new business opportunities
Proactive, independent working style with a "get it done" attitude
Proficiency with CRM tools
Based in Germany with native‑level German and strong English skills
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills

Existing connections to decision‑makers in the DACH e‑mobility sector
