What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate leads within the primary care sector
Qualify leads by understanding practice needs and assessing their fit for the employer's value‑based care model
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system and activity system
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Goal‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets

Experience in healthcare or a related field
