What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate leads within the primary care sector

Qualify leads by understanding practice needs and assessing their fit for the employer's value‑based care model

Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation

Stay updated on industry trends and the employer's solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field

2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Goal‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
