Duties And Responsibilities
Leads/manages collection process for assigned customer accounts
Negotiates partial payments and payments plans when applicable
Contacts assigned customs by phone and email to collect past due balances
Investigate and resolve questions or payment discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Collection Specialist
Knowledge of collection call flow process
Skilled in Negotiations
Problem solving skills
Working knowledge of MS office applications
High school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates/Bachelor's degree
3-4 years prior Collection experience
