We're looking for an AR Specialist to ensure timely collection of payments, maintain accurate financial records, and strengthen relationships with clients for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
Process and track invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments
Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline AR processes
Maintain financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
Experience in accounts receivable or financial operations
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
