Job Description
Receiving & Inventory
Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition of materials
Unload deliveries manually or using material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies or quality issues
Accurately label, tag, and log received items into inventory systems
Stock and organize products on shelves, racks, or designated storage locations
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
Order Fulfillment & Picking
Create, review, and process pick tickets or work orders
Pull, stage, and prepare materials according to pick tickets and shipping schedules
Verify picked items for accuracy before packaging or shipment
Maintain organized staging areas for outgoing orders
Packaging & Shipping
Package products securely to prevent damage during transport
Prepare shipments according to customer, carrier, and company requirements
Generate and attach shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation
Load outbound shipments onto trucks using proper handling procedures
Equipment Operation
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely
Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Follow certification and training requirements for powered industrial equipment
Safety & Compliance
Follow all warehouse safety protocols and company policies
Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Maintain clean, organized, and hazard‑free work areas (5S practices)
Participate in safety meetings, training, and incident reporting
Physical & Material Handling
Perform light to medium duty lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials
Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during shifts
Safely handle materials of varying sizes and weights
Documentation & Administrative Tasks
Complete and file receiving, shipping, and inventory paperwork accurately
Maintain logs, checklists, and records as required
Communicate inventory shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors
Customer Relations
Interaction to provide excellent customer service
Assist with quotations, emails, and creation of projects
Communicate inventory shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors
Product knowledge learning to assist with customer needs
Delivery Driver
Current Drivers License & Clean MVR
Safely transport small orders to specified locations as needed per customer demands
Perform daily vehicle inspections prior or during driving or use
Drive 101 classes required as requested
