W2 (with 56 hours PTO) $55-$60.00/hr. C2C: $65-$70.00/hr.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing This is not just campaign execution — it’s decisioning + personalization at scale.

You’ll

Turn customer behavioral insights into live campaigns

Build and configure logic inside Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)

Define:

Audience targeting

Eligibility rules

Contact policies

Prioritization logic

Launch omnichannel campaigns (inbound + outbound)

Validate performance using:

SQL

Simulations

Post-launch analytics

Continuously optimize campaigns (A/B testing, suppression rules, tuning)

In short:

You are the bridge between marketing strategy, data, and decision engines.
