Title: Marketing Campaign Orchestration Analyst (Pega CDH)

Experience: 5–10 years

Location: Vienna, Virginia (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Duration: 6 months contract

Pay:

W2: $55–$60/hr (+ PTO)

C2C: $65–$70/hr

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Turn customer behavioral insights into live campaigns

Build and configure logic inside Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)

Define:

Audience targeting

Eligibility rules

Contact policies

Prioritization logic

Launch omnichannel campaigns (inbound + outbound)

Validate performance using:

SQL

Simulations

Post-launch analytics

Continuously optimize campaigns (A/B testing, suppression rules, tuning)

In short:

You are the bridge between marketing strategy, data, and decision engines.

Treatments & arbitration logic. If you don’t have hands‑on CDH, this role is tough to land.
