to manage the procurement of point-of-sale (POS) and IT hardware for deployment at customer locations. This role is critical in ensuring our clients receive the right equipment on time and within budget.

Hardware Purchasing Specialist
to manage the procurement of point-of-sale (POS) and IT hardware for deployment at customer locations. This role is critical in ensuring our clients receive the right equipment on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Source, purchase, and track POS and IT hardware (terminals, printers, networking equipment, peripherals, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams to understand project and customer hardware requirements
Manage vendor relationships, pricing, and product availability
Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock
Track shipments and resolve any delivery or order issues
Ensure hardware compatibility and standardization across deployments
Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendors, and inventory
Qualifications
1–3+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience (IT or POS industry preferred)
Strong understanding of computer hardware and/or POS systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
Experience with purchasing systems, inventory tools, or ERP software is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software
Preferred Skills
Experience purchasing for multi-site or customer-facing deployments
Familiarity with POS systems, payment devices, and networking hardware
Negotiation and vendor management experience
