Our enterprise client is looking for an

event producer

who will be responsible for coordinating event logistics and execution of our client's US Marketing event calendar – both live and digital events. This includes client conference sponsorships, roundtables, hospitality events, partner events, webinars, tradeshows and conferences.

We are seeking a detailed‑oriented team member who is also a big thinker and is comfortable balancing many moving pieces at once.

Responsibilities

Execute a variety of external meetings and events including but not limited to trade shows, conferences, virtual events, executive engagement and other unique client experiences

Gather information and analyze necessary data to create project plans, dashboards, and schedules

Collaborate with teams across the organization such as events, content, design, creative, and sales

Work with our procurement, legal, and accounts payable teams on reviewing and executing contracts

Experience producing webinars and other virtual experiences from pre‑production process to post‑production

Coordinate and schedule technical support checks with presenters prior to live/virtual event

Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, partners, venues, and production companies

Coordinate venue management, caterers, contractors and other vendors needed to execute live events

Develop and implement project plans and timelines, reporting, speaker coordination, post‑event follow‑up, lead capture, budget management, handling in/out‑bound materials and event documentation

Research new event industry best practices and innovative approaches that can be leveraged for maximum impact on business goals

Required Skills

3‑5 years of experience executing high‑quality medium to small‑scale events in direct support of organizational goals and objectives

Detail oriented with a commitment to quality, and a strong sense of urgency

History of working events that delivered transformational experiences that impress stakeholders and turn members/clients into brand evangelists/enthusiasts

Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape

Easily adapt to new tools and to change

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget

The pay for this W‑2 position ranges from $40‑$45 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
