Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Purchasing Agent to join their team! This position is hybrid and located in St. Louis, Missouri.
Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact towards the internal customer for procurement related questions
Manage local purchasing requests for indirect (non-bill of material) products
Assist with direct material purchasing requests
Source and category management organization
Guarantee efficient contact implementation/acceptance on site
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, in relevant discipline
2+ years of experience with purchasing
Industrial experience/knowledge
Ability to communicate remotely
Strong analytical thinking
Thorough understanding of defined procurement P2P processes

The approximate pay range for this position is between
$24.00
and
