
Lead Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction of a multifamily residential complex in Naples, Florida. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving field operations, ensuring project success, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and schedule performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
Develop, manage, and enforce project schedules and look‑ahead plans
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
Maintain quality control and ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and local codes
Collaborate with Project Managers on budgeting, reporting, and cost control
Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders
Identify and proactively resolve field issues to avoid delays
Manage inspections, permits, and close‑out processes
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3–5 years as a Lead or Senior Superintendent
Proven experience delivering multifamily or large‑scale residential projects (ground‑up preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project)
OSHA 30 certification preferred
