Community Outreach Representative - Nonprofit Fundraising Campaign

We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as
Community Outreach Representatives . In this role, you will engage with community members face-to-face, share information about important nonprofit initiatives, and help secure donations that support meaningful causes.
This is a
field-based outreach position
where you'll work with a supportive team to raise awareness and funding for impactful nonprofit campaigns.
No prior fundraising experience is required - we provide
full training, mentorship, and growth opportunities . What You'll Do
Conduct
face-to-face outreach in local neighborhoods
to educate community members about nonprofit campaigns Represent nonprofit partners in a
professional and positive manner Share campaign goals, program impact, and ways for individuals to contribute Inspire supporters to
make monthly or one-time donations Track outreach and supporter information using provided tools Work collaboratively with a team to meet outreach and fundraising goals What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Comfortable speaking with new people in a
