Commercial Real Estate Lending Paralegal
with 35 years of experience in a sophisticated real estate practice. What Youll Do: Manage the full lifecycle of commercial lending deals, including construction, refinance, and asset-based loans Draft and review loan documents, sales contracts, and leases Conduct diligence (entity, title, survey, etc.) and maintain checklists Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties Identify and troubleshoot transaction issues promptly Ideal Candidate: 35 years of law firm experience representing lenders or complex real estate transactions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) FRP-certified or qualified for certification Professional, proactive, and collaborative Compensation: $75,000$83,000, flexible for exceptional candidates If youre an experienced commercial real estate lending paralegal ready to take ownership of sophisticated transactions, please apply!
