Responsibilities

You will:
Act as a Lead Functional Consultant
with deep expertise in NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization. Evaluate business requirements
to ensure the Oracle NetSuite solutions align with customer objectives through industry best practices and business insights. Address complex customer challenges
with effective recommendations and solutions. Work closely with the customer success team
to quickly identify client needs and develop actionable plans for exceeding expectations. Show enthusiasm for cloud and business technologies , using advanced analytical skills to boost client efficiency. Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions
and solution workshops. Communicate clearly and confidently
with outstanding presentation skills. Additionally, you will: Lead optimization initiatives to provide solutions within specified timelines. Guide and mentor customer teams, influencing leadership decisions. Manage client relationships post-go-live. Oversee the deployment of NetSuite application features. Collaborate with technical experts to ensure optimal outcomes for clients. Your top priority will be delivering unparalleled client satisfaction and loyalty. This role often involves working under pressure while managing multiple clients, all while striving to exceed customer expectations. Ideal candidates will possess experience in gathering customer business requirements and excel in business analysis. Familiarity with NetSuite functionalities and accounting principles is highly beneficial. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Location and Travel This position is based in the United States, with an expectation of travel up to 25%. Disclaimer: Certain client-facing roles may require compliance with health mandates. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this role in the US is from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour, equating to an annual salary between $53,000 and $126,100.
