The Sales graduate role at NWM provides an opportunity to develop a strong foundation in institutional sales within a global markets environment. Working closely with senior sales professional, trading desks, and product specialist, the graduate will support the delivery of market insights, trading ideas, and risk manage solution to core clients.
The role offer exposure to a range of products, while building an understanding of how markets, client relationships and product comes together to service our core customers.
Graduates will develop cores skills in market analysis, client engagement, and commercial thinking, while contributing to the day to day support of the sale franchise and helping strengthen client relationships.
Role Responsibilities:
Support sales team in servicing clients through preparation of market commentary, trade ideas, and client materials Monitor market development and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients Asist in the coordination of client meetings, calls and market updates Work with trading, strategy and economist to deliver relevant market updates and solutions Build a strong understanding of financial markets, products and client needs
Role Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills Outstanding teamwork and communication skills Keen interest in financial markets, research, politics and/or policy Proactive approach to work with good organizational capabilities and high attention to detail Strong presentation and interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team Desire and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment within the structure of a large global bank
Role Qualifications:
FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and potentially Series 3 examinations (to be obtained, with firm support, upon joining NatWest Markets) University Degree
The expected base annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 at the start of employment. This is not a guarantee of compensation. The exact compensation is determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on skills, experience, training licensure, certifications and location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus; medical, dental, and vision plans; life and disability insurance; employee wellness programs; retirement and savings plans with potential employer contributions; generous paid time off policy, parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
