We're looking for a high-caliber Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales & Revenue team. We are in search of someone who combines genuine curiosity, consultative sales instincts, and the organizational discipline to run a structured, high-quality intake process for one of the most specialized design firms in dental. This role focuses on understanding each doctor’s goals, gathering important project details, and helping determine whether their needs align with our services. The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in setting the stage for successful client relationships by ensuring the Practice Advisors, Interior Designers, and Clinical Trainers have a clear understanding of each opportunity before taking over the account. Compensation: Uncapped commission On-target first year earnings: $60,000- $75,000 Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for dentists interested in designing, renovating, or building a dental office Manage a two-call discovery process, qualifying opportunities during the first call and guiding prospects toward a decision during the second call Ask thoughtful questions to understand each client’s needs and determine whether the project aligns with the company’s services Communicate qualified opportunities and relevant project details to the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff Review and engage inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), including outreach to prospects who have not yet scheduled an initial call Use assignment selling by sharing educational materials between calls to help clients make informed decisions Identify and recommend the appropriate services based on the client’s situation, including opportunities to bundle services when appropriate Close design contracts using DocuSign and ensure all client documentation is properly organized Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, including lead queue management, pipeline updates, and detailed handoff notes Introduce new clients to the appropriate Practice Advisor and nurture qualified leads who are not yet ready to move forward Key Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with high-level professionals such as doctors and practice owners Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess opportunities and identify potential fit for services Experience using CRM platforms or lead management systems, with the ability to actively manage pipelines and maintain accurate records High level of professionalism, discretion, and client-focused mindset Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field Experience in dental, healthcare, architecture, construction, interior design, or a related field Familiarity with DocuSign, HubSpot, or similar tools Background in complex, multi-touchpoint sales with a longer deal cycle Exposure to project management, construction timelines, or design deliverables This role offers strong potential for professional growth within the company. As Inside Sales Representatives gain experience and deepen their understanding of our clients, services, and design process, they may have the opportunity to advance into a Practice Advisor role. In this position, you would oversee the dental office design journey from start to finish, serving as the primary liaison between the client and our internal design teams to ensure each project runs smoothly and meets the doctor’s vision. Practice Advisors play a key role in guiding clients through the process while helping bring successful dental practices to life. Our 12-week onboarding program includes shadowing Practice Advisors, learning our equipment product line, attending on-site installations, and observing clinical training sessions. By the time you're running intake independently, you'll have a clear picture of what the Practice Advisor role involves and whether it's the right next step for you.
