Job Details We are looking for a strong B2B industrial sales professional and preferably experienced in Corrugated Packaging, POP Displays, and E-Commerce Products.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth in a specified territory by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.

Utilize cold calling and prospecting strategies to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client retention.

Utilize your hunter mentality to aggressively pursue sales targets and increase market share.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for our products.

Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our engineering products and services.

Provide clients with accurate and timely product displays, product samples, and information boxes.

Work closely with the production team to ensure that client orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, detailing sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue projections.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the engineering industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.

Proficiency in cold calling and prospecting techniques.

Experience in territory sales and business development.

Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, particularly in relation to engineering products.

Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.

Self-motivated and driven, with a hunter mentality and a strong desire to succeed.

Experience in client retention and managing client relationships.

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
