They are seeking a
Regional Sales Manager
to lead sales efforts across
CA, NV, OR, WA, ID, MT, UT, AZ, AK, HI.
Ideally the RSM would live in California or Nevada.
This is a field-based role focused on driving revenue growth within hospitals and surgery centers, working closely with distributor partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales across the assigned Mid-Atlantic territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and key stakeholders
Partner with distributor representatives to drive product adoption and close business
Identify new opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and execute territory plans
Represent the company at customer meetings, in-services, and industry events
Provide market feedback and competitive insights to internal teams
Qualifications
Proven success in field-based medical device or medical equipment sales
Experience selling into hospitals and/or surgery centers
Strong relationship-building skills
Ability to travel within the assigned territory
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Competitive base salary plus commission
Auto and phone allowances
