Soil Health Champion & Sales Rep. Missouri

Win BIOLOGICS, Des Moines, IA, United States

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Company Truck

About WinBiologics Born in 2021, WinBiologics was founded with a dream: to bring rejuvenating soil health and nutrient cycling solutions to Kansas farmers. What started as a bold vision has quickly become a rapidly expanding company — doubling in revenue every year since our doors opened.

Today, we serve both conventional and regenerative retailers and growers across Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Nebraska, Missouri and South Dakota.

We manufacture high-quality nitrogen enhancement products and stabilizers, foliar fertility blends, soil carbon solutions, surfactants and seed care solutions designed to optimize soil and plant health. Our approach allows farmers to rethink nutrient use efficiency, especially nitrogen use efficiency, and shift the thought process around traditional fertility programs. We operate through a two-tier distribution model, partnering with trusted retailers who serve growers in their regions.

Our Culture We are a small but mighty team of agriculture advocates.

At our core, we believe in:

Service before sales

Education with humility

Science delivered with personality

We lead with service, build exceptional relationships, and work hard — because growing soil health one farm at a time requires both conviction and grit. If you are looking for a corporate ladder with layers of management, this is not that environment. If you want ownership, impact, and growth — keep reading.
