Charlotte, North Carolina, USA , we are seeking to fill the following position as soon as possible: The Sales Manager Advanced Intermediates is responsible for managing and growing an existing product and customer portfolio across North America. This role focuses on customer relationship management, revenue and margin growth, forecasting, and the execution of the sales strategy in close collaboration with European product management. Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the existing product and customer portfolio for Advanced Intermediates in the U.S. and Canada Regularly visit customers to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and support long-term account growth Prepare and negotiate price quotations in close alignment with Product Managers located in Europe Develop sales forecasts and budgets within defined timelines and ensure accuracy and reliability Maintain CRM documentation, including customer contact reports and monthly sales reporting Own revenue growth and margin performance for the assigned sales territory Identify and generate new leads to support ongoing business development activities Execute the sales strategy as defined by Product Management and ensure consistent market implementation Additional Responsibilities

Manage product safety compliance, including CHEMTREC registrations and maintenance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all CABB Trading products Ensure required U.S. regulatory reporting, including annual Thionyl Chloride import reporting Coordinate annual tax and state filings with external accountants, including North Carolina business property reporting Serve as company contact for employee benefits and HR administration, including medical insurance, payroll coordination and the 401(k) retirement plan Qualifications & Experience

5–10 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable commercial role Proven track record in sales within the chemical industry, ideally in advanced intermediates or specialty chemicals Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pricing, margin management, and forecasting Experience working with international and cross-functional teams, preferably in a global matrix organization Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills Willingness to travel regularly within North America Your opportunity - what we offer
