Junior Sales Representative (Outbound / New Business)

We’re hiring a

relentless, high-energy Junior Sales Representative

whose primary job is simple:

Create opportunities where none exist.

This is a

pure outbound sales role

focused on mid-tier retail chains and high-volume independent retailers. There are

no inbound leads

and

no account babysitting

. If you enjoy the chase, thrive on rejection, and measure success by wins—not effort—this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

Identify and aggressively pursue buyers, category managers, and decision-makers at mid-tier retail chains and independent retailers

Execute

daily outbound outreach

(calls, emails, follow-ups) to open new accounts

Break through gatekeepers using persistence, creativity, and confidence

Deliver concise, compelling product pitches supported by

data

(sell-through, margin, category performance)

Rapidly expand SKU count and shelf presence across new and existing accounts

Track and report weekly activity, wins, losses, and competitive insights

Partner internally to ensure fast onboarding and clean execution once deals are closed

Stay focused on

revenue-producing activity , not administrative noise

What We’re Looking For Core Traits

Professionally aggressive and confident without being reckless

Comfortable pushing through resistance and following up relentlessly

Experience & Skills

1–3 years of sales experience preferred (B2B, B2C, outside sales, door-to-door, SDR, telecom, solar, staffing, automotive, etc.)

Entry-level candidates with exceptional hustle

or competitive backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply

Strong verbal communication and the ability to quickly establish authority and rapport

A Typical Day Looks Like

40–60 outbound calls/emails to retail decision-makers

Multiple follow-ups with prospects who didn’t respond the first (or second) time

Breaking through gatekeepers to secure first conversations

Logging activity, learning from losses, and pushing forward
