Tampa Maid Foods is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage key customer and broker relationships, and expand business within the foodservice channel. This role is responsible for executing sales strategies, delivering against volume and margin goals, and identifying new opportunities with regional chains and large leverage operators within the assigned territory. Reporting to the Director of Foodservice, this position plays a key role in growing distributor and operator business while strengthening broker performance and market presence. What you’ll do Achieve or exceed regional sales growth goals by executing sales plans and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities Manage assigned foodservice broker partners, including market planning, training, and performance oversight Identify, develop, and grow business with regional chains and large leverage operators Build and deliver sales presentations that support growth within the assigned region Manage pricing, distribution, promotions, programs, and allowances with accuracy and attention to detail Lead sales meetings with distributors and broker partners Develop strong business relationships with distributor accounts and operator contacts Attend and support agreed-upon food shows and customer events Build cross-functional relationships internally and externally to support customer success Manage trade spend and sales expenses to align with growth, margin, and budget expectations Maintain accurate CRM activity and opportunity tracking Represent Tampa Maid Foods in a professional and ethical manner Support business needs outside normal responsibilities during company emergencies or other leadership-directed situations What success looks like Sales growth and margin improvement within the assigned region Effective management of broker performance against goals Accurate CRM usage and timely reporting of activities and opportunities Strong contract, program, and promotional management Responsible management of travel, entertainment, and territory expenses Consistent follow-up, persistence, and relationship-building that leads to business growth Requirements Minimum of 5 years of foodservice sales or sales management experience, or 10 years of related experience without a degree Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work effectively with customers, brokers, distributors, and internal cross-functional teams Self-starter who is motivated, organized, and able to work independently Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time Must live within the region; Florida preferred, though Atlanta and Charlotte will also be considered
