
Outbound Sales Consultant III

We are seeking highly motivated, tech‑savvy Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join Intuit’s growing Sales Development organization. This strategic BDR role focuses on generating qualified meetings and pipeline for Account Executives by engaging prospective customers through outbound outreach. This position leverages multiple, integrated sales tools — including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong — requiring candidates who are adaptable, comfortable with evolving processes, and able to navigate multiple technologies simultaneously. BDRs are expected to consistently deliver on KPIs, operate with speed and discipline, and demonstrate strong change‑management aptitude in a fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Achieve daily/weekly KPIs, including 45 dials per day and 1.5–2.5 meetings set per day.
Use Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other sales technologies to manage outreach, track activity, and optimize performance.
Build value‑based conversations tailored to small‑ and mid‑market businesses.
Conduct discovery to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for Intuit solutions.
Adapt quickly to new campaign strategies, shifting workstreams, and evolving business priorities.
Manage workflow proactively without relying on AI to create messaging or call flows — AI tools may assist but cannot replace human‑led process creation.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine best practices and support continuous improvement.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in sales or as a BDR (cold calling, business development, lead generation, full‑cycle sales).
High grit and adaptability; ability to operate in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
Ability to pivot quickly with new direction.
Comfort with evolving workflows and campaign testing.
Positive mindset, strong attitude, and solution‑oriented approach.
Coachability and openness to feedback.
Technical competency and confidence learning new tools.
Experience in a sales role using technology platforms (the biggest current gap we need to close).
Proficiency and confidence operating multiple sales tools simultaneously, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.

Pay and Benefits Pay range: $24.86 – $24.86/hr.
