Strategic Impact: Partner with plant leadership to drive workforce strategies that enhance productivity and business growth. Manage a mix of HR functions, from talent acquisition and development to compensation, employee relations, and compliance. Growth Opportunities: Lead critical HR initiatives in a manufacturing environment, with potential for career advancement. Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives. * Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline. * Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management strategies. * Partner with the safety team to maintain a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture. * Support workforce development (WFD) initiatives, collaborating with production and quality teams to enhance training programs. * Champion change management, organizational design, and HR best practices. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. * 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Experience managing HR functions across multiple sites is a plus. * Ability to execute HR initiatives while handling tactical responsibilities. * Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
