About the Job: This role requires a professional who understands both financial services and modern technology, and can confidently engage with customers to solve complex business challenges. The position demands strong technical awareness, industry understanding, and the capability to position GenAI and digital solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for financial institutions and fintech organizations. Key Responsibilities Lead consultative engagements with fintech companies and financial institutions. Understand customer challenges across payments, lending, digital banking, risk, compliance, fraud, and customer experience. Position technology solutions—including cloud, data, AI, and GenAI—to address business, regulatory, and operational needs. Identify and articulate GenAI use cases such as intelligent automation, fraud detection, risk analytics, customer personalization, and decision support. Track market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive developments across financial services and fintech. Own customer conversations from discovery to solutioning, proposal development, and deal closure. Deliver compelling presentations and solution walkthroughs to business and technology stakeholders, including senior leadership. Collaborate with solution architects, product teams, and delivery teams to design differentiated solutions. Drive pipeline growth, account expansion, and long‑term customer relationships. Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of FinTech and financial services domains, including payments, core banking, and lending. Solid technical knowledge of enterprise platforms, microservices, SDKs, APIs, cloud environments, data platforms, AI/ML, and GenAI concepts. Ability to translate complex technology into clear business value propositions. Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities to assess customer pain points and recommend solutions. Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations within financial services. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling technology or IT services to banks or fintech firms. Exposure to GenAI platforms, AI‑driven analytics, automation, or digital transformation programs. Familiarity with agile delivery models and product‑led approaches. Experience working with cross‑border or global financial clients. Background in solution‑led or consultative sales roles.
