Job Description
FinTech and AI Business Relationship Manager who understands both financial services and technology and can confidently engage with customers to solve complex business challenges. This role requires strong technical acumen, market awareness, and the ability to position GenAI and digital solutions in a way that delivers measurable outcomes for financial institutions, and fintech companies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead consultative engagements with fintech, and financial institutions
Understand customer challenges across payments, lending, digital banking, risk, compliance, fraud, and customer experience
Position technology solutions including cloud, data, AI, and GenAI to address business, regulatory, and operational needs
Identify and articulate GenAI use cases such as intelligent automation, fraud detection, risk analytics, customer personalization, and decision support
Track FinTech and financial services market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings
Own customer conversations from discovery through solutioning, proposal, and deal closure li>
Deliver compelling presentations and solution walkthroughs to business and technology stakeholders, including senior leadership
Collaborate with solution architects, product teams, and delivery teams to design differentiated solutions
Drive pipeline growth, account expansion, and long-term customer relationships
Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of FinTech and financial services domains, including payments, core banking, lending
Solid technical knowledge of enterprise platforms, Micro Services, SDKs, APIs, cloud, data platforms, AI/ML, and GenAI concepts
Ability to translate complex technology into clear business value propositions
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess customer pain points and recommend solutions
Good awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling technology or IT services to banks or fintech firms
Exposure to GenAI platforms, AI-driven analytics, automation, or digital transformation programs
Familiarity with agile delivery models and product-led approaches
Experience working with cross-border or global financial clients
Experience in solution-led or consultative sales roles
Salary: 149,726-202,608 a year
