Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account details Process orders, returns, and service requests with a high level of accuracy Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution Qualifications: 1+ year of customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry Ability to multitask and work independently Additional Details: Located in Carlsbad, San Diego Contract to hire role Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST Onsite schedule, Full-time role Compensation: $22.00 per hour This role offers competitive pay at $22 per hour and an opportunity to gain valuable experience with a reputable company in North County San Diego.
