Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Voorhees, NJ. This is a fully onsite roleperfect for someone who enjoys being on the phone, communicating with customers, and providing excellent service. Entry-level candidates are welcome. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner Provide information, resolve issues, and document interactions Maintain accurate records and update customer files as needed Support internal teams by relaying customer feedback or urgent escalations Uphold high service standards and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications: Strong communication skills and comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic High attention to detail and ability to multitask Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
