Credit & Collections / Customer Service Representative

Handle inbound and outbound customer communication regarding account balances, payment arrangements, and billing discrepancies. Support credit and collections activities by researching outstanding invoices, following up on past-due accounts, and assisting with payment resolution. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all interactions. Work closely with internal teams to gather documentation, verify account details, and ensure smooth issue resolution. Maintain organized, up-to-date records in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift daily. What We're Looking For
Experience in credit, collections, billing, accounts receivable, or customer service contract or corporate environment preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure. A problem-solver who enjoys investigating account issues and helping customers reach solutions.
