We are partnering with a top-tier global law firm is seeking a

Senior Corporate Recruiter

to lead the full-cycle recruitment of

Business Services (Corporate Functions) , including HR, Finance, IT, and Operations. This is a

strategic, high-impact role

with a deliberately manageable workload and strong internal support, allowing you to focus on quality hires and meaningful stakeholder partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Business Services roles, partnering closely with senior stakeholders

Manage a low requisition load (typically 5–6 searches at a time), enabling a high-touch candidate experience

Prioritize direct sourcing and internal mobility; engage agencies selectively

Advise and influence hiring managers with a consultative, strategic approach

Collaborate seamlessly with a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to drive efficiency and results

Who You Are

7–8+ years of recruiting experience

Required: Combination of agency AND in-house recruiting experience

Background in professional services, law firms, financial services, or established technology organizations

Polished, consultative communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Strategic, thoughtful, and quality-focused — thriving in a high-performance, smart culture
