
Sales Operations Analyst

GenServe is seeking a Financial Analyst to support pricing discipline, margin review, and pricing governance across its service, rental, and new equipment businesses. This role will partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to analyze pricing, support contract reviews, and ensure pricing decisions align with Delegation of Authority (DOA) policies and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze pricing and margin performance across services, rentals, and equipment
Support margin review efforts and identify opportunities for improvement
Support pricing analysis for contract renewals and customer retention efforts
Assist with pricing decisions for bids, renewals, and customer contracts
Support contract pricing reviews in accordance with DOA guidelines
Track pricing changes and flag risks or approval exceptions
Prepare pricing, margin and retention analysis for leadership
Partner with Sales and Operations on pricing-related questions
Prepare and administer monthly sales commission calculations for the sales organization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
2–5 years of experience in pricing, finance, or analytics
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Experience in services or field-based operations preferred
