Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Tualatin, OR.
Here’s what you'd do:
Design, develop & maintain engaging and effective learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, and Camtasia.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to understand design needs and determine the best learning solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of adult learning experiences that close skill gaps.
Ensure that adult learning, learning design, and Lam branding standards are applied and followed.
Here’s what you’ll get: Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Requirements Required skills:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing online learning.
Minimum 5 years of experience in applying adult learning principles, theories, concepts, and development.
Minimum 5 years of experience in application of training development models
Minimum 5 years of experience in learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360/Rise and Camtasia.
Preferred skills:
Familiarity and expertise with multiple technologies & modalities.
Well-versed and extremely proficient in PowerPoint as a design tool, as well as the other Microsoft 365 suite tools.
Ability to design creative solutions using an iterative and collaborative approach.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to communicate with global Subject Matter Experts and colleagues.
Additional Information
