What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow‑up, selling Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services

Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and customer experience metrics

Manage customer relationships through effective communication and organization

Consult with business customers to identify needs and close web leads

Maintain and update prospect database and opportunity funnel daily

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant work experience

Proven ability to work a sales funnel and generate leads

Strong communication and listening skills

Ability to manage multiple activities and software applications simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in wireless sales strongly preferred

Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management

Previous experience in a fast‑paced sales environment

Ability to resolve customer issues effectively on the first call
