
Sales Specialist / SaaS Healthcare Experience Needed

As part of our continued expansion and newly implemented 2026 sales structure, we are seeking experienced Sales Executives who can contribute immediately to revenue growth and market expansion.
Position Overview
The Sales Specialist is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for driving new revenue by acquiring healthcare practice clients. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role requiring strong consultative selling skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with a proven track record of closing high-value deals in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new healthcare practice clients across assigned territories or verticals. Execute consultative discovery conversations to uncover operational and financial challenges. Deliver tailored product demonstrations and value-based presentations. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close. Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Collaborate with Marketing, RCM, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity. Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, healthcare technology, or healthcare services strongly preferred). Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding quota. Experience selling complex or multi-product solutions. Strong negotiation and closing capabilities. Ability to manage longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent). Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to medical practices or healthcare providers. Understanding of revenue cycle management, EHR systems, or healthcare operations. Experience in a high-growth or scaling organization. What We Offer
