Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve both UI/UX and graphic design, allowing you to make a significant impact on our digital presence. You will work as an individual contributor, directly reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Design Initiatives : Drive UI/UX design projects for our web and mobile applications & Focus on enhancing the user interface and experience of our website.

Graphic Design : Create visually compelling social media posts, carousels, emailer, Events, paid ad creatives, gifs, brochures etc. & marketing graphics to support brand engagement.

Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with the Marketing team, product managers, to gather user requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Prototyping and Mockups : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

Maintain Consistency : Ensure a cohesive visual identity and user experience across all digital platforms.

Experience Required

4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both disciplines.

Experience in healthcare organization & internet space organizations will be preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Background in marketing is highly desirable, with the ability to create impactful design solutions that resonate with target audiences.

A proactive, hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This is a Marketing role not a product role which involves both UI & Graphic designing

This job role, located in Delhi NCR, is currently remote and will transition to a hybrid model after three months.
