Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and update job descriptions, aligning roles with market benchmarks
- Support annual, company-wide compensation analysis and planning
- Analyze pay structures and recommend adjustments to ensure market competitiveness
- Process compensation changes and maintain accurate employee records
- Partner with HR team members to gather, analyze, and interpret compensation data
- Serve as a resource for employee inquiries related to benefits programs
- Provide backup support to payroll as needed
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist, Coordinator, or Specialist role
- Foundational knowledge of compensation practices and processes
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
