Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and update job descriptions, aligning roles with market benchmarks
  • Support annual, company-wide compensation analysis and planning
  • Analyze pay structures and recommend adjustments to ensure market competitiveness
  • Process compensation changes and maintain accurate employee records
  • Partner with HR team members to gather, analyze, and interpret compensation data
  • Serve as a resource for employee inquiries related to benefits programs
  • Provide backup support to payroll as needed

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist, Coordinator, or Specialist role
  • Foundational knowledge of compensation practices and processes
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
