We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee large‑scale, ground‑up multifamily construction projects in Parsippany, NJ. Description Lead all on-site construction activities for a major ground‑up multifamily project from mobilization through closeout. Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, milestones, and budgets while coordinating daily field operations. Oversee subcontractor performance, enforce safety standards, and ensure installation quality aligns with plans and specs. Partner closely with the Project Manager and executive leadership to forecast issues, maintain documentation, and manage RFIs, inspections, and punch lists. Provide leadership to field staff, mentor junior team members, and maintain a positive, solution‑oriented jobsite environment. Serve as the primary on-site representative for the GC, ensuring exceptional communication with ownership, design teams, and municipal authorities. Profile A successful Lead Super Ground Up should have: 10+ years of superintendent experience with at least 3+ years in a lead or senior role on large, ground‑up multifamily projects. A project portfolio featuring multifamily or mixed‑use builds over $50M. Strong command of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and high‑rise or podium-style construction methodologies. Deep familiarity with safety compliance, inspections, and New Jersey building codes. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and decisive in fast‑paced environments. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and at high quality. Job Offer Competitive base salary of $170,000-$190,000, dependent on experience.
