Trade Support Specialist

Millennium is seeking a driven and detail-oriented

Trade Support Specialist

to join our

Operations

team. This position offers exposure to multiple markets and the opportunity to work across teams globally, partnering directly with portfolio managers and our Prime Brokers. The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying strategic projects and able to drive them through completion, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. The role sits on a small team with broad product exposure across bond products, including domestic, non-dollar, and emerging markets.

Principal Responsibilities

Ensure proper trade capture upon execution of key products including

Commodities, Futures, Equities, Foreign Exchange, U.S. Treasuries, Corporate Bonds, and Mortgage Securities Reconcile trading affirmation/confirmation platforms Research and resolve settlement breaks for both bilateral and cleared derivatives Monitor trade queues throughout the day Support compliance with applicable regulatory rules Support new product onboarding Assist with systems implementation and enhancements Qualifications / Skills Required

5+ years of experience

at a financial services firm in a trade support, operations, middle office, or similar role Strong product knowledge of

Commodities

(including Power and Gas),

FTRs , and related futures markets Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline (finance, economics, accounting, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with PMs and brokers Ability to work independently Proficiency with Excel Well-organized and detail-oriented; able to multi-task and manage deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
