Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Brooklyn, NY, offering the flexibility of partial remote work for a disciplined professional. The Licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for the full lifecycle of commercial transactions, from market identification to closing. The successful candidate will foster high-level client relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal financial and operational outcomes. This is a 100% commission based role.
Qualifications
Must possess an active and valid New York Real Estate License.
Strong aptitude for high-level sales, lead generation, and the ability to convert market insights into actionable brokerage opportunities.
Proven experience in commercial real estate brokerage or a related institutional real estate or high level sales field.
A thorough understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, including zoning, valuation, and market dynamics.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
