As a
Regional Field Recruiter , you’ll play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our European projects. Partnering closely with the
Global Commercial Recruitment Solutions
team, you’ll drive recruiting strategies across multiple markets, collaborate with hiring managers, and make a direct impact on how we build high-performing teams.
This role is
remote
and can be based in either
Serbia
or
Poland . It offers the opportunity to work across diverse markets while gaining exposure to leading pharmaceutical and medical device clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for field sales and medical roles
Partner with project teams to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment insights
Manage the end-to-end candidate process from sourcing to offer stage
Screen candidates and deliver clear, concise summaries for hiring managers
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Recruiting Operations, Branding, HRSS, etc.) to ensure smooth processes
Attend project update calls and maintain ATS compliance for accurate reporting
Take ownership of requisition setup and ensure approvals are completed
Complete offer paperwork in partnership with HRSS, ensuring accuracy and timely onboarding
Requirements Must have:
Fluency in
German
and
English
(verbal and written)
Full-cycle recruitment experience in pharmaceutical/medical device industry
Strong sourcing and ATS/CRM skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques
