About the Role: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the Bushbalm Pro brand and business with select wholesale spa partners in North America. These locations are often waxing salons or hair removal studios. This newly created position will drive mutually profitable partnerships by fostering strong relationships with key professional accounts, and developing growth strategies to grow their business and Bushbalm Pro's.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 CAD.

Responsibilities: Own overall brand "health" and relationship with all assigned accounts

Meet revenue targets for assigned accounts

Lead programs to enhance the overall account management strategy, including onboarding new accounts

Communicate new product launches with existing Professional Accounts from a 1:1 relationship standpoint

Deliver impactful product resources & education to Professional Accounts with clear direction, rich storytelling and sharp product positioning to expand our offering with them

Align internal stakeholders to support growth strategies for Professional Accounts

Develop sales and marketing toolkits to enhance the overall experience of an account

Analyze ongoing business performance and broader market trends to build on areas of momentum with Professional Accounts utilizing Account Management

Who You Are: 2+ years of experience working in account management

Have worked with a CRM before, and are efficient with one

Experience working with a range of accounts, including those in a professional capacity

Excel in fast‑paced environment with great multitasking skills with ability to focus on details and project management while being able to think big picture and strategy at the same time

Proven track record of delivering results and managing/developing direct reports

Strong communication, organization, and influencing skills with impeccable attention to detail with high degree of accuracy

Ability to work extremely well across functions, successfully bringing people together toward common goals

Go‑getter: Exceptional project management experience and ability to work well under pressure

A curious, critical thinker and big ideas person who can be depended on for a unique perspective

Someone who has a strong creative point of view and takes initiative to drive projects forward

A team player, solicit feedback and value input from others

Self‑sufficient and highly organized

Experienced in the beauty and/or skincare industry

Able to resonate with our target audience

Able to travel across Canada and the US as needed
