Description
As a Sales Orders Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for Brivo’s customers and partners. You’ll be responsible for accurately managing and processing customer orders while collaborating across teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the customer journey. This is an on‑site position at our Austin Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately manage incoming sales orders, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Operations, to resolve order‑related issues and improve workflows.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from resellers, prospects, and internal stakeholders via email, Slack, and phone.
Conduct thorough reviews of sales orders to ensure all required documentation and information are complete before processing.
Stay current on Brivo’s offerings and industry trends to effectively represent the brand in external communications.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience in sales order processing, sales operations, or a related administrative role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS work environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and professionally engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Comfortable working with technology and cloud‑based tools; experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and NetSuite preferred.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Confident in explaining technical concepts and troubleshooting order‑related issues.
A team player who takes initiative and enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
