Fitness Sales Coordinator
Club Elevate (Powered by Momentum Enterprises)
Club Elevate is seeking a full-time Fitness Sales Coordinator who enjoys connecting with people and helping them take the first step toward improving their health. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and appointment scheduling. You will contact prospective members, follow up with individuals who have expressed interest, and schedule visits for the club. We're looking for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with people through phone, text, and email.
What You'll Do
Reach out to prospective members through phone calls, text messages, and email
Follow up with individuals who have shown interest in the club
Reconnect with past leads and inactive members
Schedule club visits and introductory appointments
Maintain consistent daily outreach activity
Keep accurate notes and follow-up records in the club's contact system
Coordinate with club leadership and coaching staff to prepare for scheduled appointments
Help create a welcoming and professional first impression for prospective members

Qualifications
1-3 years of fitness sales experience
Background in fitness, wellness, or personal training
Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
CPR/AED certificationStrong communication and organizational skills
Positive first impressions from every interaction
Team player
Comfortable using CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or related field preferred
