What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives for the assigned region to achieve market share growth

Support channel partners and distributors in aligning their focus with the employer's strategic business objectives

Maintain and report weekly on sales forecasts and opportunity funnels for general and larger project business

Train and educate local sales teams on employer products and provide selling strategy assistance

Engage with key customers to foster strategic relationships and provide input for product development

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

Ability to travel up to 50%

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and database applications

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and access export‑controlled information

Proven track record of consistently achieving sales goals

Experience with power, testing, or instrumentation‑related products

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Self‑directed with a detail‑oriented problem‑solving approach
