Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative supports the CPC sales organization by assisting regional sales representatives, responding to customer inquiries, preparing proposals, and managing sales-related documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting sales growth by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Support regional sales representatives with proposal preparation, documentation, and sales materials

Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines

Prepare and format proposals, presentations, and supporting documents

Maintain and update customer and opportunity information within CRM software

Learn and maintain a working knowledge of CPC products, services, and solutions

Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and other departments as needed to support sales efforts

Assist with tracking sales activity, deadlines, and follow-ups

Respond to internal and external sales-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and manage sales materials

Use basic Adobe tools to edit, format, and manage documents as needed

Work in an office environment on a daily basis

Perform additional sales support duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales-related training a plus

Prior experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or administrative support preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with basic Adobe products (PDF editing, formatting)

Ability and willingness to learn and use CRM software

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyComfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment

Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
